Finishing
Available to our customers is our professional finishing service for powder coat and anodise products. Through our Mill supplier and local finishers we cater for the humble tradesman size job to large project and warranty finishes.
We offer competitive rates for both powder coat and anodise finishes and depending on your requirements we can finish locally or overseas.
At Extal we ensure your material is handled with care and that all orders are inspected before and after finishing for quality, damage and count discrepancies.
Fabrication
Light: An essential part of our operations is to provide a cutting and sheet folding service. Another unique part of our business, this is offered to assist with our customers requirements which may stem outside the normal operations of some distributors. Advantages are cut to length product, made to fit flashings, labour and cost savings.
Heavy: We also have the ability to provide customers the option for mass production of punching, slotting etc. This is generally sorted through our mill in China due to their in house facility and cost advantages.
